For a well-known organization specialized in communication, we are looking for a Communication Assistant for a very rewarding project.

Indeed, many European citizens are invited to participate in different conferences and events in order to share their ideas on the functioning of the European Union.

The tasks

Thus, as a communication assistant : 

• You will organize the travel of people who register to attend a conference. 
• Travel arrangements include scheduling flights and booking accommodations. 
• Other travel-related tasks will include sending confirmation emails to attendees with information about the conference, how to get there, etc. 
• You will work as part of a team. You will serve as a liaison between the conference participants and the travel agency that makes the train reservations and issues the airline tickets.
